The "Vibe HCM" app is designed for use by cfactor Works Inc.’s customers and requires authorized credentials.
The "Vibe HCM" app provides secure mobile access to Vibe HCM functionality, enabling you to view and update key information and transactions from anywhere with an Internet connection via your mobile device.
With the "Vibe HCM" app, you can view:
- And update your personal profile, including your profile image
- Your expanded talent profile to see what information is in the system, including work, education, training, skills and languages
- Thanks you have given & received within the system
- Your connections made and network activity with respect to blogs, forums, idea boards and wikis
- The communities you belong to and your status within
- Personal and employment information
- Your current and historical pay statements, including gross earnings, deductions, entitlement banks and YTD pay.
Getting Started:
To use the "Vibe HCM" app, your company must be a cfactor Works Inc. customer and you must be an authorized user for the app.
